We present our very own Sudarsanan Venkatraman, Structural adviser with BQB having 25 long years of experience in structuring your homes. From marking to super structure, he brings along with him the knowledge of construction industry.

	Architect - Joel Mark Joel Mark, our chief designer for all construction projects, has over 5 years of experience in relevant industry. Whether it’s your bedroom or kitchen, Joel knows just the right way to make your apartment stand out from the rest!			Technical Engineer- Johnny We give you homes that last for a lifetime. Thanks to Johnny, Structural Engineer at BQB and his 5 years of experience in soil testing, laying of columns, laying beams and slabs, that we make your flats strong and sturdy to stand against time.
